Plotting

Wow, that was a nice experience...today there was a nice english couple, looking for the place of their dream villa. We went through 11 plots. Some of them were really nice, and some of them were really interesting - like hard to access or no water, electricity or road to the land. It was so good to see with my eyes the piece of lands that i was uploading to the websites.

Now i'm looking up all the real estate agencies that are in Chania, Crete, so that you can find them here all easily, and check out all the real estates that they have.

1st customer

On Monday i will have a meeting with an English guy. We will pick him up at Kolibari port with Emmanouil, and take him to the plots that he liked. Quite interesting, i really wonder how it's going to work out!

Uploading real estates

I have uploaded a lof of real estates on knooble.com. Now we have the most properties there - 102 of them. Soon there will be pictures for them, too. Right now i just used some sample picture. There is a ranking for the top 6 users. There are 2 greek and 2 bulgarian companies there.
After that i wil upload some other properties to www.globespanproperty.com. Hope you will find your best choice if you are looking for some really big Christmass present! :o)

Real Estate Search Engines

Here is a short description about the search engines that we use to sell real estates.

www.knooble.com is a danish website, it works really fast, there are no stupid questions, and it is easy to use. I like that the most.

My second favorite is www.globespanproperty.com. Their surface is easy to use and it is working quite fast.

The third one that we use recently is an american site called www.point2.com. They have a lot of questions which i found totally unuseful right now. It works quite slow also. You can give a lot of details here for sure! :o)

If you have a cool tip which shearch engine is the best just post it here.

1st days

Welcome to my blog,

This blog supposed to be a place to discuss everything about real estates in Europe. I just started my real estate carrier in Chania, Crete, Greece. Quite interesting! Weather is hot, people are nice, and there are plenty of real estates to check out...the business looks good. If you have any ideas how to improve myself and my blog just let me know. Tell me what ou want to see here, what you want to hear about. I will tyr to please you! :o)

Soon there will be a forum, where you can ask questions, so that me and others can help you. I hope this place will be very useful for making your decisions easier.

I'll upload my CV soon so you can check out who am I. In some words, i graduated as an Environmental Engineer at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in January 2007. I had some work experience before in the field of Engineering, but now i prefer to try Sales and Marketing in Real Estate Business.
